- Provide a superior Engineering Design System (EDS) and corresponding customized client standards that are based on individual preferences of our clients and their Operations staff members.
- Provide a detailed up front design basis that is directly related to a client's preferred vendors: both materials suppliers and construction service providers. Front End Engineering Designs will become more efficient with each project via the customized Electronic Project Directory.
- Provide "Quick Reference Equipment Designs" applicable to all small to mid sized projects.
- Provide professional and superior quality service through a larger ratio of company ownership, fair employee remuneration, enhanced work environment and employee oriented company operating practices.
- Develop a system for tracking and reviewing documents. Allow clients to view documents on the web via a secure Internet web site.
- Develop and conduct seminars and workshops to meet the needs of current and prospective clients.
- Focus on specific Project execution versus company matrix structure. All efforts will specifically be focused to execute the project at hand, regardless of size and/or profile.
- Maintain repeat business through high project achievements related to project cost, quality and schedule commitments.
- Project commitments will be maintained by means of personal contracting between external and internal personnel.
- Company culture will be focused on client satisfaction versus EPCM Manhour calculations.
