SAGD Facility
- EnCana Foster Creek Optimization Project – It is the largest job ever done by Three Streams, with a TIC of approximately $100MM. The project consists of adding a deoiling building (c/w ISF’s and ORF’s) a Produced Water Treatment Building (Filters, WACs and SACs) along with various other heat exchangers/air coolers/pumps/centrifuges and tanks.
- Sulfur Recovery Unit Guard Bed - Installation of a Guard Bed unit to drop out C6+ from inlet gas to a Sulphur Recovery Unit (up to 500 e3Sm3/d). The Guard Bed Unit is a mole sieve system which includes 3 - 6'x36' activated carbon adsorption towers, inlet separator, regen gas condenser, regen gas separator, regen gas heater, slipstream heater and safety systems. TIC - $8.0MM
- Brackish Water Sand Filters - Unit consists of 1 bank of seven 6' x 7' filters to remove sand from incoming wells with room in building for second bank of filters. Water flow rate = 6000m3/d. Installation in the main SAGD plant with multiple plant tie ins. TIC - $5.7MM
- Salt Cavern Washing - Project consists of installing facilities for transporting product to salt caverns for storage(4,000,000 bbl storage). Installation of Sales oil pump, Diluent Pump, trim stations, pigging facilities, 5.5km of 10" and 16" linepipe, multiple HPS washing pumps. TIC - $30MM
- Skim tank Addition - Installation of an additional 3000m3 oil skim tank, piperack and piping in an operating plant. TIC $6.5MM
- Acidized Production Skid - Water Disposal Pipeline Replacement - Replacement of 5600m of corroded 8" linepipe(internally coated). Approximately 2000m on above ground racks the rest is underground with multiple muskeg pipeline crossings. Substance was high temperature, high pressure sweet brackish water. Designed and ready for construction in 7 weeks. TIC - $4.1MM
- External Cooling Water Loop - Design and installation of a refrigeration loop to cool softened brackish makeup water. The Brackish water is used to cool the sales oil, the VRU coolers - the once through steam generators (OTSG) blowdown coolers . Designed for a recycle loop of 3800m3/d of water. TIC - $18.0MM

- Design of a sour 2 unit hydraulic turbine power recovery (1.4MW) system
