Project: Thermal Recovery Capital Project
Description: Brownfield expansion for the addition of 30,000bbl/d. Design based on a template strategy, TSE responsible for the EP portion of the execution.

Project: Brackish Water Pipe Replacement Program
Description: The program involved the replacement of an existing brackish water system which had a history of internal corrosion. The project included the replacement of carbon steel pipe and associated facilities with duplex stainless steel, as required. The true challenge of the project was sequencing the sub-tasks such that down time could be minimized.

Project: SAGD Well Pads, Wedge Wells and pipelines
Description: Projects consisted of new SAGD well pads, SAGD well pairs added to existing well pads, SAGD wedge wells and associated interconnecting pipelines. Major equipment includes Well pair modules, MCC modules and pad piping.
Value: $60MM
Project: Salt Cavern Storage
Description: Project consisted of converting a cavern from washing mode to storage. Major equipment includes sales oil pump, diluents pump, brine pump, metering, blending station, pigging facilities, 5.5 km of 10” and 16” pipelines.
Value: $30MM
Project: SAGD Plant De-Bottleneck
Description: Project consisted of de-bottlenecking of the De-Oiling and Water treatment trains within an operating SAGD facility. Major equipment includes, ORF’s, ISF’s, SAC’s, WAC’s, tankage pumps, centrifuge and heat exchangers.

Project: Field MOC’s
Description: Multiple small field based projects up to $5MM. TSE provided 8 field based engineers to scope and manage small project execution.
